Itinerary

Day 1Cochin-Munnar

On arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway station you will be met and assisted by our representative , Later drive to Munnar, a famous hill station in Kerala known for its tea estates. En route visit the Chiyaparra waterfalls. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 2Munnar Sightseeing

Morning after Breakfast proceed for the sightseeing. Destinations includes eravikulam national park
(Raja Malai), mattupetty dam, tea estates, eco point, spice plantation, rose garden, photo point, honey bee tree, tea museum, blossom park, kundale dam Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3Munnar - Thekkady ( 4 hours drive )

HIGHLIGHT of Thekkady: Boat Ride in Lake Periyar and visit to Periyar sanctuary -the best sanctuary in India for watching and photographing elephants at close quarters. Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkady (130 Kms/4Hrs). Arrival and check in to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for enjoying the natural wonders of Thekkady. Later enjoy the boat ride at the Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. (Subject to sighting). Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 4Thekkady to Alleppey ( ) ( 160 kms / 5 hours drive )

In the Morning, after breakfast drive to Alleppey,Check into an exclusively deluxe house boat by 12.30pm. Cruise down centuries old backwaters flanked by picture book towns and ancient trading ports on our houseboats-â€˜Kettuvallamsâ€™. See the sunset on the scenic backwaters of the Vembanad lake. Relish exotic traditional cuisines prepared by our expert chefs. Gently drift off to sleep as the cool breeze of the backwaters soothe you.Overnight in houseboat.

Day 5Alleppey - Cochin drop ( 120 kms/ 2 hours drive )

Morning after breakfast check out from House boat, drive to Cochin and if time permits proceed for a half day tour of Cochin City. The major attractions of the city are the Mattancherry Dutch Palace, The Jewish Synagogue, The Santa Cruz Cathedral, and Marine Drive. Evening drop at Airport or Railway station.
